ON-THE-DAY COORDINATION
o One (1) meeting only- Suppliers/Coordination meeting
o Manages guest list and seating arrangement
o Manages reception program and church program
o Keepsafe of all turnover items
o Oversee and supervise with all suppliers during the event to ensure that everything is in place
o Execution and over all coordination of plans & details
o Coordinating the payment of final fees to the suppliers (if requested)
o On the day of the event, minimum of three (3) coordinators in uniform assisting you from hotel, church and until the end of the event program
